Peter Sleiman Development Group was formed by Peter Sleiman and his wife, Jennifer Ward Sleiman, in 2005 and is a leading developer of retail shopping centers in North Florida, having developed, owned, managed and operated over 4,000,000 SF of commercial projects.
The company focuses primarily on the acquisition, development and operation of retail shopping centers throughout the Southeast. Mr. Sleiman decided to start his own company following more than 20 years with Sleiman Enterprises, the family development business founded by Mr. Sleiman’s late parents, Eli and Josephine Sleiman, more than 55 years ago.
Peter and Jennifer Sleiman’s experience includes the development, ownership and management of more than 120 shopping centers throughout the Southeast, the administration of thousands of leases with retail tenants that include nearly every major retailer, such as Wal Mart, Target, Publix, Aldi, Walgreen’s, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Marshall’s, Talbots, Pier One, World Market, Jos Banks, PetSmart, Petco, Pet Supermarket and nearly every national out parcel restaurant, such as McDonalds Burger King, Chic Fil A, Pollo Tropical, Chilis, Ruby Tuesday, Carrabbas and Longhorn Steakhouse.
Peter and Jennifer Sleiman were instrumental in the development of some of the largest shopping centers in North Florida, including South Beach Parkway Ponte Vedra (Target Stores), Southside Square (Target Stores), Super Walmart and Kohl’s (Atlantic Blvd and Kernan Blvd), Super Walmart (Mandarin) and Super Walmart (Beach Blvd and Hodges Blvd).
